Multiple Virtual Events Are Scheduled And Being Planned
New York, NY (March 15, 2020) – The IMCCA, a leading voice for the UC&C (Unified Conferencing and Collaboration) industry for more than twenty years, has announced the first three of a growing series of events to support the collaborative conferencing industry as people embrace working from home during the current pandemic. Webcasts will highlight the UC&C industry’s response to the crisis, the industry topics that would have been discussed at recently postponed conferences, and – in the first of its kind – a virtual global ‘meal’ experience to support the thousands of people now forced to work from home.

The IMCCA, a leading voice for the UCC (Unified Conferencing and Collaboration) industry for more than 20 years, just wrapped-up their Collaboration Week New York 2020 event. During February 23rd - 26th, industry professionals and end-users attended events at BlackRock, Poly, Google, Gateway (a subsidiary of the Swedish American Chamber of Commerce) and Planar, as well as joining the industry in honoring Crestron’s Randy Klein and Zoom’s Eric Yuan with Emerging Technology Fellow awards at a gala dinner celebration.

Greetings from Las Vegas where CES 2020 has just concluded. As the new decade began, CES presented us with interesting ideas as opposed to breakthrough products, continuing the trend of concepts over devices I’ve reported on for the last few years.
I never try to compete with the likes of CNET or Engaget or the other tech media when it comes to covering the big stories / already widely-touted news from CES. I attend to try to find the things people would never know about unless they attended the show themselves.
