The IMCCA Bulletin Board has moved to the LinkedIn web site.

IMCCA has a user group on LinkedIn.com

If you are a LinkedIn member, go to the IMCCA user group

and click "Discussions"

If you are a member of LinkedIn then sign in  https://www.linkedin.com/secure/login?trk=hb_signin
and then join the IMCCA user group by clicking on "Groups" and search for IMCCA
